Forest Yoga

In nature it’s easy to calm down the mind and open up the senses to the surrounding colours, sounds and scents. In Forest Yoga we take a small tour on top Koli while doing some easy breathing exercises, deepening our natural breathing. We will continue our walk towards Paha-Koli where we will do a simple yoga session based on hatha yoga. We will end up in a relaxation enjoying the sounds of nature and the breeze from lake Pielinen.
