Forest Qigong

Qigong (chikung) is a calming mind-body practice that combines mindfull movement, breathing and meditation. It focuses on strenghtening our life fore “qi” and it is suitable for people of all ages and all physical conditions. In Forest qigong we will do a soft and balancing qigong practice supporting our health and our connection to the five elements. Forest Qigong takes place in Koli National Park.
