Forest Mindfulness

On this tour it’s not important how fast or how far we walk. On the Forest Mindfulness tour we aim to calm down our mind, opening up to the smells, sounds and colours of nature – getting revitalized by the forest. We will do some easy breathing, mindfulness and sensing exercises and walk at a slow pace. The tour is suitable for people of all ages and physical conditions.
