In the summer season from July the 4th to August the 9th we will be organizing summer yoga classes at Kolin Keidas. The classes are open to everybody and no previous experience is needed.
SUMMER YOGA SCHEDULE
Hatha yoga on Wednesdays at 17.30-18.30
Hatha yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is suitable for people of all ages. The practice helps you to calm down your mind, to relax and focus and to let go of tension in the body. We will also focus on deepening our natural breathing and the body-mind-connection. The class is held in the main building on Mattila farm or, if the weather permits, outside on the yard.

Sauna yoga on Thursdays at 17-18
In sauna yoga we will do gentle stretching based on hatha yoga asanas, enjoying the gentle warmth of the wooden-heated sauna on Mattila farm. The warmth relaxes the muscles and at the same time the mind and the body get a chance to calm down. After the class the participants are offered a foot bath made from the wild herbs growing on the yard.
